These were the questions we heard most often at the Meridian.
- Q. Will there be anyone else there while we are at the location?
-
No. Privacy was the utmost concern - guests had the playspace to themselves,
much like any other BnB-style rental.
- Q. Can we bring "friends"?
-
Listed rates were outlined for a couple or a triad. Groups of four up to eight
could stay but had to first be approved (and at a slightly higher rate).
Custom quotes were available on request.
- Q. Is there parking?
- Yes - private parking in a garage was provided.
- Q. What amenities are offered?
-
High-speed internet; Smart TVs (DVD/CD player included); Bluetooth speaker;
fully stocked bathroom; fully stocked kitchen for cooking, drinks, and
refreshments in fridge; light snacks and breakfast items for overnight stays;
towels and linens for bed and bath; wet bar; washer and dryer for longer stays.
- Q. Do you offer couples instruction?
-
Yes - the Meridian conducted workshops for couples in small groups of three
couples at a time.
- Q. Will you give us a tour prior to rental and share some tips?
-
Every new rental had two options. Once a rental was paid, guests could choose
either a 15-minute intro tour via FaceTime chat, or a live in-person walkthrough
directly before their rental.
- Q. Are there cameras inside the premises?
- No. There were no cameras inside the premises at all.
- Q. What is required to book?
-
A completed booking form, proof of ID at check-in, and a signed liability waiver.
Renters had to be 25 or older. After the rental, the record of ID was destroyed;
the liability waiver could remain on file for up to a year.
